+Able UK is looking to submit a variation to MMO Licence L/2017/00012/11 to include the minor additional capital dredging quantity to be allocated under the already approved capital dredging activities. This variation entails a localised 5,000m3 capital dredge, to a depth of -14.2mCD (from 9.5mCD) in front of Able Seaton Port Quay 1.
+A revised Marine Licence Schedule Document (ASC-001-00009) has been submitted alongside this application to supersede the existing drawing which shows the extent of dredging across Able Seaton Channel.

+We have submitted MLA Reference MLA/2026/00019 to cover the next 10 years of dredging works at the site, however we do not foresee this being issued until after the current dredge licence expires on 1 March 2026 and critical dredging works are planned around April / May. This approach has been discussed and confirmed acceptable over email by Christie Powell, Marine Licencing Senior Lead on 3 December 2025.
