 It is obvious that in order for the L/2025/00366 to be in compliance with the OSPAR Convention that considerably more samples need to be obtained to "represent the horizontal and vertical extent of the area" with a subsequent check that "the quantity of material to be dredged" is also properly represented." (OSPAR Agreement 2014-06 paragraph 5.2).
