We respond to requests for information that we hold under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).
Please find enclosed in the following link, the environmental permits for the sites that are or have been producing and/or processing the compounds you refer to in your request within the specified time period. Please note that Dow Chemical Company Ltd’s permit was surrendered in 2019 and SSI UK Ltd’s permit was disclaimed by the Official Receiver in 2020. Link to data: NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE.
