What happens next
A decision on the application for a Development Consent Order for York Potash Harbour Facilities Order was taken on 20 July 2016 and has now been issued.

The Examining Authority has today sent a letter amending the timetable of the examination and giving notice of hearings; and has issued a second round of written questions.

An itinerary for the Site Visit on 23 September 2015 has been published. The applicant has advised us that access to the application site will require personal protective equipment. Whilst the applicant is able to supply some equipment to visitors, parties who wish to disembark from the provided bus on the site will require safety boots, which the applicant cannot supply.
Parties are also reminded that the amount of seating on the bus is limited, and a limit to the number of seats made available to each party will be applied if necessary.
The visit will begin at the Wilton Visitors Centre, which is accessed via the south eastern access to the site. Anyone who arrives at the administrative building accessed via the southern access to the site (also called the Wilton Centre) will be met and redirected to the Visitors Centre before the visit begins.

Agendas for the Open Floor, Compulsory Acquisition and Draft DCO hearings on 24 and 25 September 2015, and an itinerary for the Site Visit on 23 September 2015, have been published.
No requests to attend the second Open Floor Hearing timetabled to take place at 5.00pm on 24 September 2015 were received, and that hearing has been cancelled.
