I would like the following information from the start date of each licence please.

- All other sedimendary analysis results that have tested for the following PAH's in the areas covered by the licences: Acenapthene, Acenapthylene, Anthracene, Benz[a]anthracene, Benzo[a]pyrene, Benzo[b]fluroanthene, Benzo[g,h,i]perylene, Benzo[e]pyrene, Benzo[k]fluroanthene, C1-Napthalenes, C1-Phernanthrenes, C2-Napthalenes, C3-Napthalenes, Chrysene, Dibenz[a,h]anthracene, Fluroanthene, Fluorene, Indeno[123,d]pyrene, Napthalene, Perylene, Phenanthrene, Pyrene
- All other sedimentary analysis or water quality results that have tested for the following in the areas covered by the licences: Pyridine, Pyridine Derivatives
- Total quantity of dredged material per year disposed under the two licences for the years requested.
- All other data and records held relating to pyridine or pyridine derivativies for the two areas under these licences, including any data from prior to 2012.

L/2012/00366 Tees and Hartlepool Maintenance Dredge Disposal
The licence issued to PD Teesport by the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) on 1 October 2012 related to the annual renewal of disposal of dredged material associated with maintenance dredging. The permitted disposal volumes are outlined within section 2.4 of the licence document issued by the MMO. The licence was valid until 31 May 2015.
L/2015/00427/7 Tees Maintenance Disposal
L/2015/00427/7, issued to PD Teesport on 17 June 2022, relates to the most recent update (variation) to the original licence.
The original licence (L/2015/00427/1) contained conditions within it including a requirement for mid licence sampling in 3 yearly intervals, a maximum disposal allowance of 2,889,700 tonnes wet weight to Tees Bay A disposal site per annum, and exclusion of material for certain dredge areas for disposal to sea. Because actual disposal volumes have typically averaged around 1 million tonnes across the length of the licence, to ensure continued compliance under OSPAR requirements for sampling, an additional condition was placed on the varied licence (L/2015/00427/7) by the MMO to require additional sampling should disposal volumes go beyond 1 million tonnes wet weight.
Sampling
The results of pre and post consent sampling is published on the marine licensing public register. This can be found under the headings ‘Case summary - View application and documents’ and ‘Returns’ on the associated marine licensing case page.
